Incorrectly Shipped Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you, or issue a refund if necessary.
Refund Process

Return the Product: If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
Refund Approval: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If the refund is approved, we will process it within 2 business days, and the refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
Exceptions
Used or Opened Products: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used or opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product unless it falls under the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
